The 'Coot' software is distributed as part of the CCP4 software suite. For assessment of the output as it existed as of 12/2013, an archive of the distributed software is preserved here. The CCP4 software is used under license (at zero cost in the case of academic users), however the copy preserved here is still subject to that license, and may not be used except for the purposes of reviewing the REF output. It may not be redistributed.
The following files provide source code and binaries for the complete CCP4 suite version 6.4.0 (December 2013), which includes the 'Coot' software.
