Installing buccaneer 1.5:

First you should have a licensed, working install of CCP4 version
6.1.2 or later.

This 'buccaneer' package contains binaries of buccaneer compiled for
Linux/x86, and distributed as proprietary software.

You may install this software for your use within your site for testing
and structure solution. You may not modify or redistribute it.
This software includes Clipper and kiss-fft, see the accompanying
COPYING* files for license details.

To install the software, you must have write access to the directory in
which CCP4 is installed, and you must have sourced the ccp4.setup file.
Then change directory into the directory in which this README is located,
and type 'sh install.sh'.

The automatic installation described above should work. If for any reason
it does not, then you could try making the steps manually:
cp bin/cbuccaneer $CBIN
cp bin/buccaneer_pipeline $CBIN
cp bin/CCP4pipeline.py $CCP4/share/python
cp bin/CCP4pipeline22.py $CCP4/share/python
cp html/cbuccaneer.html $CHTML
cp html/buccaneer_pipeline.html $CHTML
cp ccp4i/tasks/* $CCP4I_TOP/tasks/
cp ccp4i/scripts/* $CCP4I_TOP/scripts/
cp ccp4i/templates/* $CCP4I_TOP/templates/

You will need to remove any CCP4pipeline.py and CCP4pipeline.pyc files
from $CBIN

Then start ccp4i and select 'System Administration/Edit Task List'
Add a new task to the 'Model Building' module. Paste the following
three lines of text into the three boxes:

Buccaneer - autobuild/refine
buccaneer_pipeline
Buccaneer - autobuild/refine using buccaneer and refmac recycling
