Sloop

Kevin Cowtan, University of York, October 2009. Last updated October 2009.

Colophon A sloop is a single masted sailing boat. The precise difference between a sloop and a cutter is sufficiently arcane to be incomprehensible to anyone lacking a degree in postmodern philosophy.

'sloop' performs loop building by finding gaps in the chain and using fragments from the Richardson's Top500 library of structures to fill the gaps.

The latest version of the software is available through the CCP4 update system.
