[ccp4bb]: software for diffuse scattering?

Would anyone happen to know any software publicly 
available for some kind of extarction/processing of diffuse 
scattering data? (eg. in order to search for correlation with 
simulations)

Also I was wondering whether it would be worth  trying
to use cryocooled crystals for measuring/extracting useful 
diffuse scatterig data information. Thermal motion obviously 
does not exist, but there still should be certain disorder (perhaps 
equivalet ot thermal motion?) present in the lattice, right? There's 
certainly nothing about using cryocooled samples in the 
literature. Which is not very surprising.. Am i completely lost with 
this?? Any comments would be very welcome.
