fffear 1.2 is available on the ftp server at York.

The new version includes:

1. Some very minor bugfixes, which no-one has noticed.

2. New program 'ffjoin' which joins up multiple overlapping matches
where possible and eliminates the less likely of irreconcilable
overlaps.

3. A small library of empirical fragments determined by cluster analysis
of the PDB.

The program is still distributed under the CCP4 license + no warrenty
exception. If you live in a state which has passed the UCITA legislation
you should return a written license. (Licenses should be harmonised at
the next CCP4 release).
