I'd like to retrieve the initial phases calculated from my model by REFMAC (i.e. after scaling, bulk solvent calculations ) but without ANY refinement. NCYC 0 iis invalid and is reset. SFALL is not doing the same job as REFMAC in terms of scaling and solvent correction.
Is there a way to tell refmac to do nothing at all but calculating phases from my model ?
