[ccp4bb]: multiple conformations

Dear crystallographers,
another question concerning high resolution refinement:

Does there exist a feature of a program which is able to give me some
hints about multiple conformations (except for looking at the graphics)?
I know that shelx does. But in this particular case the number of
reflexes (~700.000) does not make shelx my favorite program.
