This is not implemented at present. No-one has asked before.
Not sure the best way to do this. mmCIF dictionary has items for
HL coeffs for particular derivatives:
_phasing_MIR_der_refln.HL_A_iso etc.
but mlphare for example outputs the sum over all derivatives.
mmCIF has no item for this, nor for phase probabilities from
other sources, as far as I can see.
