[ccp4bb]: CCP4i Quirk

Hi,

I've been running the new CCP4 package - REFMAC 5 in particular - and
found I get the following message:

ERROR running script can not connect to server port
SERVER_HOST  localhost SERVER_PORT 4441

The program runs fine, but was just wondering how to get rid this annoying
message. I didn't get it in the previous version. By the way - the files
are called from another computer (if thats any help in diagnosis).
