I assume that you're using CCP4 4.1 - the combat.com file was
accidentally omitted from the release, but appears in 4.1.1, so you can
pick it up from
ftp://ccp4a.dl.ac.uk/pub/ccp4/ccp4/ccp4-4.1.1/ccp4i/templates
