[ccp4bb]: Getting from other formats to mtz

a file containing

  h  k  l I SIGI
.......

 -h -k -l I SIGI 
.....

 ie - the input file has both hkl and its Friedel pair, scaled but not
in any particular order..

 Does anyone have a simple recipe for reducing this to the mtz
convention;
h k l F SIFGF F+ .. F- ..

 My way is via combat and a dummy run of scala, which is ridulously over
the top..
