Dear all

Sorry this is not really a ccp4 matter but................
We have had a number of problems transporting frozen crystals to
the ESRF in the liquid N2 dry shipper. A lot of residue and ice
seems to form on the loops resulting in problems seeing the
crystals and increasing the background diffraction. A possible solution
is using the frozen ethane block method. Does anyone have any details
of how to make frozen blocks and where a supplier of ethane gas is found
in the Uk.
