[ccp4bb]: New version of MOSFLM available

The latest version of MOSFLM (v6.10) is now ready for use. It is available
from

ftp://ftp.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/mosflm/ver610

in either a pre-built form (for Linux {PC and Mac}, Compaq Tru64 UNIX and
Irix 6.2 and 6.5) or a build-it-yourself form.

It includes improved peak search, autoindexing, circle fitting (for beam
centre and backstop), and allows anisotropic resolution limits for
integration. Several new detectors have been added and it will now read
basic CBF (= binary version of imgCIF) image files. Data harvesting code
has been added. Plus many small bug fixes.
