moleman2 (http://xray.bmc.uu.se/usf) will do this:

- select any set of atoms with the SElect commands
- fit ls plane with the ONo LS_plane command
- repeat for second set of atoms
- calculate angles between any or all planes using
  the ONo ANgles command

as a bonus you also get ODL files of the least-squares
planes which you can draw in O (for example:
