I have seen that with data sets with  very incomplete high resolution
shells - for instance, when including the data  from the corners  of a
square detector. The easy way out is to cut the maximum resolution to the
'useful limit'. If you want the h.r. data, you could try tricking the
program  by setting the number of resolution shells to other than the
default. I  don't know if it would work, but it is what I would try :-)
