Hi Kay,

yes - I got all CCP4 programs compiled with it - after some changes to
especially the unix.m4 in the library directory (and several bug fixes
in libraries and/or programs). Apart from checking that all programs
in $CCP4/examples/unix/runnable run (at ~ 30-40% faster speed) I
haven't checked the detailed numerical output.

I haven't played with compiler optimization flags a lot - and I also
skipped the x-windows programs so far. But it does work with shred
libraries and all that.

I'll have to sit down and write up some 'nice' description of my
changes (and supply patch files) to send to the CCP4 people ...
