for deposition to the PDB the REFMAC output from different
versions is treated differently - the remark 3 style given
in the message is for refmac 4 - while refmac5, [which is
as far as I understand is a different program and the re-use of the
name refmac is a bit misleading] - has a template very different in 
remark 3 to the older version. With deposition via
 http://autodep.ebi.ac.uk/  you can choose which refmac you are uploading
either 4 or 5 and the uploaded file can be in mmcif or pdb style
from the harvest option.

For http://pdb.rutgers.edu/adit/ I expect that you have to
either load the mmcif harvest file or choose the correct refmac
version to get the template as in the recently released entry
 pdb1h4o.ent
