[ccp4bb]: tck/tk/blt for irix6.4 and below

with irix6.5 I could get the tcl/tk/blt configured to
run ccp4i (GUI).
but with irix6.4 and irix6.2 tcl/tk (version given
with the CD at ccp4 stall at AsCA '01) is not getting
compiled. It does compile if --disable-shared option
is used but creates problem to configure blt2.4u

THe error reported was something like
"check your .so/ registries"
how to rectify the problem
