you seem to have it backwards. the way this is done is to point to the 
differences you have and claim that they are the cause of the difference 
in behaviour.  look over here: a glutamic acid in place of a lysine in a 
solvent-exposed region. this must be it!  controlled experiments; who 
needs them?

i am joking of course, and i hope a few people realize it.
