click on "Current version DOWNLOAD Fasta format"


FASTA format file for the PDB and pre-release sequences in the PDB
download from
ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/msd/pdb_all_aa.fasta
The file is stripped of all nucleic acid sequences


The sequences are available for searching under
  http://www.ebi.ac.uk/fasta33/
and
  http://www.ebi.ac.uk/blast2/
by selecting under "DATABASES"
 with 'pdb'  for pdb_all_aa.fasta
 and  ;sgt'  for structural genomics targets
