I wrote a simple morphing program a while back.  You give it two pdb
files (first and last) and the number of steps you would like and it
writes out pdb files with linearly interpolated coordinates.  These can
then be read into VMD, Pymol or whatever your favorite program is for
rendering.  My program was written in C and should compile easily on
most systems.  Anyone who is interested can send me an email and I'll
send you the source.
