I am using ccp4 version  release-4_1_1.
I am using ccp4i.
My compiler is: gcc
I installed using compilesource
The problem is as follows:
I'm a structural biology beginner. I'm trying to modelling a protein which binds a metal ion. I don't know where can consult this issue. So I'm sorry I want to get seniors' help via CCP4 BBS. I hope someone can tell me which programs I can use when modelling a protein binding a metal ion. Thank you.

I have done the following patches:
