[ccp4bb]: povscript+ v. 1.0

povscript+ version 1.0 (rpm build 3) is now available.  Fixes are mostly 
for surface rendering routines, as the marching tetrahedra algorithm 
produced some incorrectly oriented normals (see the new and updated 
images on the homepage).  Other fixes:

	- OpenGL output mode now shows surface renderings
	- vertex normals can be turned off (with smoothmap on/off)
	- various other minor patches...

	as a new tarball/rpm package that is applied to the *original* 
molscript source.  If people would like patches against the old 
(build 2) patchset, I can put that together as well.
