HI:
Question regarding the crystallization of proteins.
I was wondering if anybody had successful experience in crystallizing a
protein that was not amenable to crystallization on its own but did so as a
fusion protein?
If yes, are there any particular proteins that do better than others as
partners for crystallization of fusion proteins?
