PyMOL (http://pymol.sourceforge.net/) is a nice graphics package to
produce high quality figures.
It is free, very simple to use and has an active users list.

O (http://origo.imsb.au.dk/~mok/o/index.html) is another free option,
easy to install and simple to use.

As far as I know, Rasmol doesn't display maps.
