The version of the arp_warp program distributed with CCP4 4.2 (and
renamed to "arp_waters" to avoid name-clashes) is version 5.0 (pretty
old now I understand) and is still used as part of the Refmac procedures
within CCP4i.

The old CCP4i interface for ARP/wARP has been removed from the CCP4
distribution. I took this decision on the understanding that the newer
version, complete with its own excellent CCP4i interface, will soon be
available from EMBL.

An interface for arp_waters (corresponding to the old and rather limited
interface) could be provided if there is a genuine need for it - however
you will first need to convince me that it's really essential!

Best wishes

Peter.
