[ccp4bb]: Final 'ccp4get' CCP4 auto-installer

I've put the final version of the ccp4get graphical installer for Linux on my 
CCP4 page:
  http://www.yorvic.york.ac.uk/~cowtan/ccp4/ccp4.html
Note that the US mirror at SDSC is *still* not up to date, so you will need to 
use one of the other mirrors for now. However, enough of the files have now 
mirrored that I know where they are going to be, and so can release the final 
version of the installer. If you try the US mirror, the download may or may 
not work.
