[ccp4bb]: Ultimate final maybe-working-this-time 'ccp4get' CCP4 auto-installer

Lisa Wright and Alun Ashton pointed out that my ccp4get installer doesn't work 
and never has, except for some subset of the programs which work by fluke. 
Specifically the install step only does part of the job, so truncate, parts 
of the GUI, and who knows what else are broken.

So now there's another version. Same place as before.

Since noone noticed it was broken up to now, I presume no one has used it 
seriously. Developing this further has therefore moved way down my priority 
list. (Alternatively maybe people knew and didn't tell me. In which case, 
tough).
