[ccp4bb]: refmac5 compilation using MIPSpro 7.2.1.3m

We have received several reports of problems compiling refmac using this
compiler.  This problem has been sorted out. It is going to be in the ccp4
4.2 (patch) release. Meanwhile you can take from york's ftp site

ftp://ftp.ysbl.york.ac.uk/pub/garib

source files and binaries are there

The problem seems to be due to make_lib.f overflowing the maximum number
of types in stab.c .
