Hi,

we have two separate cooling machines in ours, just in case one
fails to function.... This is more important than trying to keep
the fluctuations below 0.5. Consider to run it all at 8 degrees
instead of 4 degrees: during the ICCBM9 conference, Alex McPherson
(hope I am not giving away secrets here) told us he has better
results and it is more pleasant to stay for some longer time in the room...

Humidity does not play an important role and if the fluctuations are
kept within 1 degree, you should be just fine.
