Put TLSOUT and XYZOUT from refmac through TLSANL.
That will give you derived aniso U parameters and
a choice of B - TLS contribution, residual or the sum.

See ccp4i task "Analyse TSL parameters"

refmac gives you your model parameters - full B is
a derived quantity
