Molscript can draw electron density maps! First you need to make a o_plot
file in "O". Then you need to find a copy of PLT2MOL (it's somewhere out
there on the internet). Then you can include your electron density:

  read mol "fig.pdb";

  transform atom * by centre position atom *;
