Povscript+ is an extension of Molscript that allows you to display electron
density maps, GRASP surfaces and more.  In my opinion, the maps from
Bobscript do look better than those from Povscript+.  The problem with
Bobscript is that it was built on an older version of Molscript (v 1.4), so
any input file that takes advantage of any of the Molscript version 2+
commands will have to be tinkered with to get it to work.  Plus, as far as
I know, it still only runs on an SGI, whereas Povscript+ runs great on my
Linux machine. Povscript+ can be found at

ps I have not personally used PyMol, but the images I have seen from it are
very nice.
