Hi;

Another program to transform images to movies (on Macs) is QuickMovie 
(http://www.chaoticsoftware.com/ProductPages/QuickMovie.html), shareware.
You can select frame rate, key frames... and even the codec you want (I 
don't know if you need QT pro or not).


In an other hand if the question is how one can change the frame rate 
ONCE the movie is already in a QuickTime sequence, then I have no idea 
(and indeed would be intersted to hear from anybody who knows).
