[ccp4bb]: Rapid Translation Systems

Hello,

This isn't directly related to O or CCP4, but has anybody ever had
any experience with the "rapid translation systems" (RTS) marketed by
Roche? This is a scaled-up in vitro translation system; the company
says the largest version can be used to synthesize up to 150 mg of
protein. The process is costly, but if it works might be worthwhile,
especially for difficult proteins or Se-Met labelling. Any input
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian
