[ccp4bb]: scala error

Hi all!

I am trying to scale my data using scala.  The data was processed using XDS 
and then converted to mtz format.  However, scala gives the error "Error in 
refscl/dsyev".

My batch file is as follows:

scala  hklin  sorted.mtz hklout scaled.mtz  <<eof
cycles 50 reject 10
resolution 27 2.8
run 1 all
scales batch bfactor on
reject 4.0
intensities profile
initial mean
output average
reject scale 4.0
eof

I can analyse the data using the "onlymerge"; option.  However, unable to 
run scala.

Could anyone please suggest what I may be mising?
