Dear all,

thanks to Eleanor Dodson, Annabelle Varrot and Ethan Merrit, my
connectivity problem is now solved :
I explicitely define my connectivity in the PDB file with LINK records
I use the following in the script :
MAKE CHECK NO
MAKE LINK NO
MAKE SUGAR NO

and I use refmac_5.0.36....
The same PDB file with the same script results in different behaviour
between refmac_5.0.36 (where the connectivity is correctly taken into
account) and refmac_5.1.24, where the problem persists.
