Hello,

carboxylated lysines are part of refmac5 monomers. The residue name is
KCX, and atom names for the carboxylic group are CX, OX1 and OX2. So you
don't have to set up anything in refmac5 : use the correct names, and
everything should be fine (isn't is great !).
