Hello,
---This is non ccp4 posting, however, I feel the users will be best answer
my question.---

We have been using a CryoShipper (made by well a known Manufacturer in the
US) for the last four or five years. Recently we have noticed that after
each trip when shipper reaches room temperature (probably before, but not
sure) there is lot white powder at the base of the shipper (interior of the
shipper). The powder looks like finely grounded chalk and kind of sticky.
Has anyone else noticed this, if so does this mean we need to replace the
shipper. We have NOT last a sample so far due to temperature failure. But I
want to make sure we can continue use it. I would appreciate comments from
other users. Thanks.
