Hi,
I have to structures or PDB file. I want to make a backbone comparasion fig in 
which I want to show the similar residue in one color, different residues in 
another and the identical residues in one. Can any one tell me how to do that 
and by which program i can do this.If it is possible, please let me know the 
program and also how to do and how can i use it.
