FBLD 2008 Workshop Speakers

John Badger, Ph.D.

Dr. John Badger obtained his PhD in Protein Crystallography from York University, England and did postdoctoral training with Michael Rossmann (Purdue University) and Don Caspar (Brandeis University). He subsequently held positions with Biosym/MSI, the RCSB PDB and Structural GenomiX before joining ActiveSight, where he is currently the Director of Structural Biology. Besides his participation in lead discovery projects at ActiveSight, Dr.Badger designed the ActiveSight fragment screening libraries and is responsible for the development and implementation of an automated protein crystal structure solution system.
