Brian Maduskuie

Brian Maduskuie, Director of Customer Service, at ASDI holds a B.A. in Chemistry as well as a minor in Business Management from the University of Delaware. Previous research experience includes synthesis, crystallization, and analysis of nickel thioether complexes, as well as unique activation with oxygen. Prior to a position in operations at ASDI, Mr. Maduskuie worked as a research assistant for DuPont Crop Protection, where he developed new models of pesticide degradation in geospecific regions for target flora and ground water interactions. He is well versed in NMR, IR, UV-VIS, MS, LC, GC, GC-MS, and LC-MS, as applied in research for both the University of Delaware and DuPont Crop Protection. Mr. Maduskuie has been employed at ASDI for the past year as Director of Customer Service. Prior to this he held the position of Director of Operations for three years. He has been responsible for managing the reactive intermediate operation, ensuring each project is strategically completed in compliance with specific contractual obligations and agreements. In addition he has been responsible for maintaining SOP's and protocols with changing systems, as well as building and maintaining a dynamic inventory.
