Hi Joseph

loggraph (as run from inside the gui) is an entirely distinct program
from xloggraph (part of the main suite). The "Tom's font problem" (as we
now like to call it) is independent of the xdl_view libraries and is
probably due to something going wrong during installation.

For details of possible fixes (plural because there are a number of
possible causes) please refer to the CCP4 "General Problems Page", at
http://www.dl.ac.uk/CCP/CCP4/general-probs.html (also accessible through
the main CCP4 problems page). There is an entry for this problem
(amongst others).
