Dear Francisco and Xtallographers,

could you -and people replying to your posting- be specific about the
instrument (and filters and software) you are using in your lab?
ProteinSolutions says they made significant progress over the years
improving the sensitivity of their instruments. Thus, it may make a big
difference.
