Dear CCP4ers

Just to point out that the CCP4 Problems Pages have undergone a
(now-not-so recent) overhaul -- the "gateway" page is
http://www.dl.ac.uk/CCP/CCP4/problems.html (or go via the main page).

This gives links to general problems and fixes (i.e. those which are
platform unspecific) for the current release, plus links to platform
specific problems (e.g. IRIX, DEC etc). So if you have a problem then
it's a good idea to check the general problems first, and then the
platform specific pages. 

(If you are using ccp4i then check those links too!)

Of course this may be difficult if our web pages are temporarily
unavailable! :-)
In any case if you are unable to fix a problem (even if it has already
been reported) then please do contact us at ccp4@dl.ac.uk
