[ccp4bb]: truncate

Hello,

We have data affected by ice, such that the 4.2-3.3 Ang shell is only 57.8%
complete and the 2.3-2.2 Ang shell is only 36% complete.  Most of the other
shells are about 98% and the overall is 87.5 % to 1.95 Ang.  Truncate
crashes following Wilson scaling with the error "Check empty shell of data
with hklview" and a core dump.  Any suggestions (besides a better cryo)?
