[ccp4bb]: so called ccp4 web pages

many of you have probably noticed that the CCP4 web site is currently
down.... ok 2 of you have noticed... This is a problem thats been
happening over the last few weeks and now it seems a hard drive has 'died'
and the whole www.dl.ac.uk site is down.

I have no information on when this problem will be fixed but anticipate it
to be ok in the next 2/3 hrs or maybe days. sorry. 

in the meantime users needing to read ccp4 documentation should access
their local copy at

$CHTML/INDEX.html

or use the command ccp4help

efforts are underway to fix the hardware problem and also to set up
www.ccp4.ac.uk (but that will take a little longer)!

I will email the group again when im assured the problem is fixed!

NB: this does not affect the ccp4 ftp area (ccp4a.dl.ac.uk)
