Greetings,

I am attempting to perform SIRAS on a native + 1 derivative collection of data.
 What steps are required?  As I work through CCP4i, I'm having difficulty with
performing the correct steps on the correct files; for example, do I perform a
RANTAN search using the isomorphous data first, then immediately send the
output through RANTAN again to search using the anomalous difference?  If
someone could provide a rough outline of the steps, it would be much
appreciated.
