[ccp4bb]: Missing AA in MAD map

Dear:

I do not see about 25 (of 176) n-terminal and 5 c-terminal amino acids in
the MAD density map (totalling about 17%, 2.3Ang data, 6 Met).

1.  What is your experience in the highest percentage of chain untraced in
MAD map?
2.  How much from question-1 was recovered (seen later) either using better
native data or after refinement?
