Hi,
as I see it, you file has already benn through the truncate procedure,
and you can't run truncate twice. Your file contains F, SIGF, IMEAN,
SIGIMEAN and FreeR_flag :
* Input File Labels :
H K L F SIGF IMEAN SIGIMEAN FreeR_flag
This means that you have already done truncate + uniqueify :
* HISTORY for current MTZ file :
-> From SORTMTZ, 5/29/01 11:21:37 using keys: H K L
-> From FREERFLAG, 4/20/01 16:30:32 with fraction 0.050
-> From TRUNCATE, 4/20/01 16:29:31
From SCALA: run at 16:26:34 on 4/20/01
From SORTMTZ, 4/20/01 15:31:49 using keys: H K L M/ISYM BATCH
From SORTMTZ, 4/20/01 15:08:27 using keys: H K L M/ISYM BATCH
REBATCH: run at 15:08:11 on 4/20/01
From SORTMTZ, 4/20/01 15:00:48 using keys: H K L M/ISYM BATCH
From MOSFLM run on 4/20/01
data from CAD on 4/20/01
Truncate seems to be able to produce statistics from a truncated file,
but won't do the truncate step again.
